Sometimes she uses cards, which initiate a personal conversation. Claudia 'can ask sharp' questions and she makes comments about your personality that you see yourself from a completely different angle! That removes the severity and harshness with which you (sometimes) judged yourself. give an affirmative feeling or sense of direction!

It was so nice to have conversations with Claudia. With a few questions she can hold up a mirror to you that you can really use and think about. ... dare to take steps!
Step by step, let me see why I make choices that I make. And how to make them without fear. But especially how I can make them from my strength. Thank you for walking along on my "Road to success". Because of your skill, patience and wisdom I can make steps easier. My career path is now much clearer and the tools for this are also useful and deployable for me outside.
