PRICES

​​iI use two types of rates as a coach: private and business. In most cases, a coaching trajectory is preceded by an intake/introductory meeting to feel whether there is a match.

Private

I coach private individuals at an hourly rate of €90 excl. VAT. Payment is made by invoice within 7 days.
A session with the ACT measure (personality measure + reporting) met debriefing is an investment of €325.

 

Burnout trajectories:
Burnout prevention session separate: burnout sensitivity measurement + debriefing € 385
Burnout trajectory: 4-month trajectory with ACT measurement, 8 sessions, including 4 online or telephone conversations of 0.5 hours. € 1995,-

Payment in installments is possible.
 

Commercial

The business rate of €195 per session applies when I invoice a company or organization and a quote needs to be made.
A Talent and Career Track with ACT measurement (measurement and debriefing) € 425. Business coaching can take place in my practice in Badhoevedorp or at an external location, such as the coach house or in-company. Payment by invoice within 15 days. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes and the coachee has the option of maintaining contact with me via e-mail or telephone in addition to the coaching sessions.

Coaching trajectories

Depending on the request for help, coaching sessions can be followed in different types of trajectories: short, standard and intensive:

• Short coaching trajectory: 3 or 4 sessions.

• Standard coaching trajectory: 6 sessions.

• Intensive coaching process: 8, 9 or 10 sessions for guidance that requires more attention.

Let yourself be guided for a year to get the best out of yourself and to make optimal use of your talents.

In this tailor-made annual program you will receive intensive guidance to achieve personal and business goals and support you in your personal growth towards balance, vitality, happiness and fulfillment.

For a year I am at your disposal to spar with, hold up a mirror, keep you sharp, with which you can reflect, and confront you where necessary. After an intake interview, a tailor-made offer is made.
 

Reimbursement options

Many employers reimburse coaching as part of the employment conditions package or from the training budget. For self-employed entrepreneurs, coaching is usually tax-deductible.
 

Abroad

A lot is possible within this concept, from a few sessions to long-term contracts, traveling with retreats or, for example, organizing inspirational trips: individually or as a group.
